We do not accept returns of our powdered products because once you open the bag it is no longer sealable.
If your package was damaged by your country CUSTOMS you are required to contact your local FEDEX and report the claim with them. Please see this page about Customs/Duties and watch the video.
E-Books are not returnable or refundable because once you purchase the document it is placed in your hands and we cannot restrict access to the E-Book.
