Texturized Potato Protein is made from the Protein from Potatoes. This is product that can be used to replace meat and is ideal for Vegan, Vegetarian, and Less-Meatarians.  This product is the highest human consumable protein source currently available.  The chunky dry mixture can be stored in sealed containers or bags in storage for up to 2 years making it ideal for reducing cost in making vegan dishes at conventional restaurants.

PREPARATION

Take dehydrated dry chunks and rehydrate in marinade with your choice of spices, water, and oil. Alternatively you can purchase any of the Vegan Meat flavors developed by Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy - SEE HERE

Cook on stove top, in oven (casserole for example) or BBQ until outside is to desired texture.

USES/APPLICATIONS

    I was sent a sample of this product by the founders of Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy to get my feedback. All I can say is, wow! No GMO, No Gluten, No Soy! And it is so low cost!

    Huge Potential

    This is an ingredient that has massive potential. I have tried to use it in many ways to replace meat and it is so unique. I recommend this product over texturized soy or Seitan.
