Gloria
Very easy prep - taste and texture just like real egg I have used it as a omelette and scrambled to put into egg fried rice. I definitely recommend this product -Great Flavour

Omelets made with this product is simply terrific. It beats the mung bean protein kind and also chick pea flour omelets. Now, I have to learn how to make a great omelet cheese.
By the way, the prepared product stayed good in my refrigerator for a whole week. Great to have available for a quick breakfast or weekend brunch.

I would like to purchase this for commercial solution mixes, can you better the prices and can a larger pack be purchased?

Omelet Vegan Powder Mix
This is absolutely delicious & has an Incredible texture & flavour!!! I am totally converted to going egg free after trying this amazing Omelette mix & extremely excited to try anything new that this very talented company produces :-) I 100% recommend that you try it!!! And I am an (ex) egg addict who previously ate 12-15 eggs most weeks :-)

Better than JustEgg
Ok - so after all the news hype of JustEgg, this has got to be the best kept secret. This powder developed by the world's leading Vegan cooking academy is simply awesome. Just pour powder into bottle or container and mix with water or your favorite unsweetened plant milk and set in fridge overnight. Next day mix it up and pour into pan just like an omelet. Perfect texture and flavor. But best option yet is that is dry mix - I can take it with me when I travel on planes!!
