Vegan Potato Protein Isolate is a completely natural proteins extracted from organic potatoes and isolating them so that they can be used mixed with water to make meringue, macarons, mayonnaise, improved textures in cakes and much more.

Potato proteins are more sustainable than animal proteins.     Finaly vegan replacement for egg whites with no after-taste and light for digestion. Very easy to prepare and the foam is stable.

    When I read about this product I did not believe it. In my country you cannot do the pastries without eggs. So I tried it and must admits that this is fantastic. I recommend to all pastry chefs.
