This is a package for Vegan Gastronomy Culinary Academy ONLINE Level 1 Vegan Cuisine training. Package includes:
- Vegan SAVORY Yeast Mix (to make the different meat analogue flavors)
- Vegan Potato Protein 300 (replacing egg whites to make mayo, meringue, etc)
- Vegan XCHEDAR CHEESE Yeast Extract (to make cheese analogue flavors)
- Vegan OMELET Mix to make omelets, scrambled eggs, and quiche like dishes
- SPREAD (Potato Protein mix) for making cream cheese, cheese cakes, etc
- BUTTER AROMA - used to making authentic vegan butters
NOTE: We are not able to ship liquids from Europe to the USA. A 10 Euro credit will be issued to you as we will not be able to ship the vegan butter aroma product.
