We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Shipping rates are fixed and is through Correos de Espana and products are shipped from Spain. Products are shipped Certified with Tracking. Shipping time varies on destination but can range from 1-2 weeks in Europe and up to 4-6 weeks in North & South America and Australia and New Zealand for example (all times quoted are working days, Saturday and Sundays not included in timing). Sometimes delay in shipments has to do with incoming Customs into your country.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

Returns & Cancellation Policy
Shipping from Spain can take up to 30 days to some destinations. By clicking and confirming to our Terms and Conditions during checkout you have confirmed your understanding of this as part of ordering products from our company. WE DO NOT ACCEPT Cancellations of orders once they have been shipped by the Post Service of Spain (Correos de Espana) and issued a Certified Tracking number. If delivery has taken longer than the 30 days mentioned above, please contact us and we will work with the Spanish government to identify where your parcel is in the shipment queue. If your shipment has been lost we can either: 1) reship your order, 2) issue you a store credit, 3) issue a refund for payment made. Once this is done the shipment will be recalled. If the shipment is eventually delivered to your home we will provide return shipment instructions. If a credit has been issued to your credit card we will contact them to legally recharge your credit card for the transaction and will provide them proof of delivery.
We normally do not accept returns on opened products.
You may return unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping or replacement costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you do not want or like the product due to ingredients, personal preference, or dietary restrictions, you can return the product at your expense and we will issue you an in-store credit towards purchasing other products once we have received.
You should expect to receive your refund store credit within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
