Vegan EGG Mix seasoning is made from Bit Lobon Salt, Kala Namak, or Black Salt. It is a seasoning suitable for plant based vegan cuisine that is trying to recreate egg-like flavoring. The seasoning accentuates traditional egg smells, notes and flavors.
