- 200g Vegan Butter or Margarine (2cm cubed)
- 175g Light Soft Brown Sugar
- 165g Granulated White Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 tsp Coffee powder-optional
- 1 Tbsp Plant Milk
- 300g Bread Flour
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Bicarb Soda
- 4g or ½ tsp Sea Salt, fine
- 200-300g Dairy Free Dark Chocolate
