Sweet Melon complemented by Matcha green tea and tahitian vanilla offer a refreshing clean taste of Summer. The potato protein 300 gives excellent emulsion and aeration creating a smooth creamy luxurious texture.

- 400g Sweet Green Melon
- 91g White granulated sugar
- 60g Glucose Syrup or corn syrup
- 4g Vanilla paste
- 6g POTATO PROTEIN 300
- 1g Salt
- 7g Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1g Xanthan gum
- 400g Whipping Cream, plant based
