MAKES: 370g 

INGREDIENTS

  • 8g POTATO PROTEIN 300 Egg-White Replacer
  • 0.65g Xanthan Gum
  • Pinch Bicarb soda
  • 200g Caster Sugar
  • 160g Water, room temp or cool
  • 2g Cornstarch
  • Gel food colour, vegan
  • Garnishes of your choice
