Made with Kesar (Saffron) and Pista (Pistachio), and blended with Elaichi (Cardamom) for a warm aroma. Typically set into diamond or square shape. - TONKA LATTE MACARON
A sweet tart crust (pâte sucrée) made with Tonka and vanilla pastry cream base, and Topped with whipped coffee ganache or coffee jelly, and Garnished with caramelized hazelnuts or gold dust. - MEHLEP MACARON
A combination of the Mehlep and Rose Water which is similar to Ma’amoul (date or nut-filled cookies) or Barazek (sesame-pistachio cookies). The flavor profile is floral, nutty, and slightly bitter-sweet

KEEPS ON GETTING BETTER
I have taken every Macaron course that Chef Jessica has offered and every time I learn something new. This course seems amazing when we get to learn how to integrate exotic spices into Macarons!
