SHIPPING
GLOBAL DELIVERY
- Origin: All orders are manufactured and shipped from Spain.
- Carrier: We ship worldwide via FedEx to ensure reliable global delivery.
- Tracking: Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive tracking information.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
- Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all local customs duties, taxes, and fees.
- Customs Inspections: While our plant-based products are marked as gifts, local customs agencies do occasionally inspect packages. We pack everything with care, but we cannot control how the packaging is handled once it leaves Spain. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. If you are ordering from the USA, please note that starting in 2026, FedEx may reach out to you before or after delivery regarding any import duties owed.
- Policy on Refusal: If you refuse to pay duties, the package will be returned to Spain. In this event, we do not offer refunds or order cancellations, and future shipping privileges may be revoked.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/PRIVATE TRAINING CANCELLATIONS
- Orders enter our automatic fulfillment system 24 hours after placement. Cancellations are not possible after this 24-hour window.
- Private training arranged with students is also not cancellable.
Damaged Goods If your package is damaged during a customs inspection:
- Refuse the delivery immediately.
- Contact FedEx to collect the damaged, unopened product.
- Do not open the inner product bags if you intend to file a claim.
