GERBET is a proprietary dry powdered plant based vegan Egg White product mix that has been developed by Free From That to enable any company to make Macarons without Eggs. You simply mix this powdered product with Water and then use it as a replacement for Egg Whites.

This new and improved version has a new and improved Potato Protein content. The product is marked as Kosher Certified. This product is designed to be a low cost egg white replacement.

We developed this product with BARCELONESA in Spain, they are a leader in fabricating plant based solutions.

INGREDIENTS
The GERBET mix product includes Potato Protein, a proprietary and a specially developed Methycellulose or Plant Fiber, and traces of Xanthan Gum. This new proprietary plant based mixture was developed together with some of the world's leading ingredient companies to develop consistent solutions every time. The mix develops perfect "feet", develops fluffy interiors, and reduces drying time - making it the perfect solution for egg-free vegan macarons. Additionally this new formula makes this a perfect solution for replacing Eggs.

    We have used product for 4 years now. Great to see pricing per KG is less than ever before. Great size.
